Golden Mango Smoothie is made with:
- Coconut milk: dairy-free creamy milk that is a source of a healthy fat called MCTs
- Mango: excellent source of vitamins, makes the smoothie tropical, smooth and creamy
- Zucchini or riced cauliflower: excellent source of vitamin C, reduces inflammation, aids in digestion, and adds bulk to the smoothie

Recipe Tips:
- Depending on your taste preference you might like less or more turmeric, I suggest trying 1/2 teaspoon and adding more to your taste
- I like to wash and slice zucchini then place them on a lined baking pan and freeze then store them in a bag in the freezer to have on hand for smoothies
- Swap frozen riced cauliflower for frozen zucchini slices depending on what you have on hand

- This smoothie also is great with 1/2 cup frozen pineapple and 1/2 frozen mango in place of the 1 cup frozen mango

Golden Mango Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 3/4 cup frozen riced cauliflower or zucchini slices
- 1 serving vanilla protien powder
- 1/2-1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- water and ice as needed
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender
- Blend until smooth and creamy adding ice or more liquid if needed
- Add to a glass or bowl and top with any toppings of choice and enjoy
