This green protein smoothie bowl is simple to make. Combine smoothie ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add to a bowl and add your favorite toppings for extra crunch, fun, and flavor.

Substitutions:

  • Frozen cauliflower rice can be used in place of the frozen zucchini
  • Frozen banana or a mix of frozen mango and banana can be used for the fruit
  • I like coconut milk (canned or carton for this smoothie), however, you can use whatever milk is your favorite
  • I used raspberries, chia seeds, and granola to top the smoothie bowl, but topping combinations are endless so be creative and use your favorites

Recipe Tips:

  • Using frozen mango, avocado, and zucchini makes the smoothie bowl thick and creamy
  • If you need a little extra sweetness add honey to the smoothie bowl
  • Want more protein in your smoothie? Add a scoop of unflavored collagen peptides for an extra boost
  • Smoothie bowls always need toppings so top with your favorite fruit cereal, granola, coconut flakes, nuts, seeds, nut butter, or any of your favorites

Ingredients
  

Green smoothie:

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2-3/4 cup frozen zucchini slices
  • 1/2 frozen avocado (sliced)
  • 1 serving vanilla protein

Toppings:

  • Add your favorite toppings I added chia seeds, raspberries, and granola. However, topping combinations are endless including nuts, seeds, nut butter, coconut, bananas, berries, yogurt, cereal, cacao nibs, and more

Instructions
 

  • Add smoothie ingredients to a high-speed blender
  • Blend until smooth and creamy
  • Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with chia seeds, raspberries, granola, or your toppings of choice and enjoy
