Frozen sour patch grape candy are a a healthy summer snack. Frozen grapes are like mini popsicles and it slows you down when eating them so you eat more mindfully instead of just popping grape after grape.
I love the cotton candy grapes frozen but I have seen the TikTok trend of sour patch kid grapes and just had to try it for myself. However, you know I just cannot get on board with rolling my grapes in refined white sugar. So, I made these little gems a little healthier but just as tasty!

Healthy Sour Patch Grapes
Ingredients
- 3 cups green grapes
- 2 limes juiced
- 1-2 tbsp monk fruit
Instructions
- Wash and dry green grapes
- Add grapes to a tray and freeze
- Once grapes are frozen take them out of the freezer and add them to a bowl
- Squeeze the juice of two limes over the grapes
- Sprinkle the monk fruit on the grapes
- Mix to combine
- Enjoy immediately or store in the freezer
