How to Improve Self Confidence Today

When do you feel the most confident?

I feel most confident at 5:30 in the morning with no makeup and messy hair lifting weights at the gym. Something about putting on my big headphones, tuning out the world, and being able to lift weights makes me feel badass!

Confidence comes from within. When you rock your confidence you stop relying on the opinions of others and start trusting yourself. Don’t you think it is time for you to shine? Let’s see it!

 How to Boost your Self Confidence

Try these to boost your mood and improve self-confidence:

  • Say your intentions, affirmation,  or mantra out loud
  • Wear clothes that fit and make you feel good
  • Move your body and appreciate all it does
  • Eat healthy food that boosts your energy
  • Journal goals as if you already have met them
  • Fix your hair and put on mascara
  • Take time for self-care and putting yourself first
  • Reframe negative thoughts
  • Be willing to stand up for yourself & ideas
  • Make a to-do list that is manageable to feel accomplished
  • Plan monthly and weekly goals with reflection
  • Focus on practice and learning not perfection
  • Mediate 3-10 minutes a day
  • Get outside and feel the sunshine
  • Give yourself compliments in the mirror
  • Make time to give others compliments and make them feel seen, heard, and loved
  • Smile!
