- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- 3/4-1 cup plant-based milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- pinch sea salt
Toppings
- 1 peach
- 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup granola
Instructions
- Whisk together chia seeds, protein, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sea salt in a bowl, jar, or container
- Let chia pudding thicken in the fridge for at least one hour or overnight
- Once chia seed pudding has thickened layer with peaches, walnuts, granola and enjoy
