I don’t know about you but I love summer peach season and I love smoothies so I decided to combine the two into a morning pick-me-up smoothie. This protein smoothie is zingy, creamy, and great post-workout, for breakfast, or snack. This smoothie has extra benefits with plenty of protein and anti-inflammatory and gut-healthy ingredients. Peachy green ginger smoothie is vegan, gluten-free, plant-based, and so easy to whip up in the blender.

Peachy Green Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup canned coconut milk (light or regular)
- 1/2-1 cup water (start with 1/2 and add more as needed)
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein
- 1 scoop collagen peptides (optional for extra protein)
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1/4-1/2 frozen banana (about 4 slices)
- 3/4 cup frozen zucchini slices
- 1 /2 cup frozen spinach
- 1 small slice of ginger (optional)
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender adding water or more coconut milk as needed til smooth and creamy
- The ginger is optional for extra anti-inflammatory benefits or enjoy as a peachy green smoothie
- Serve in a glass or bowl with toppings or as is and enjoy
