Peanut Butter and Jelly Protein Bites

Easy, no-bake peanut butter and jelly protein bites made with chia seed jam for a vegan and gluten-free snack or treat.

Life advice: always keep protein bites in the freezer for a healthy on-the-go snack. Pair these high-protein snack bites with a piece of fruit for a filling fiber and protein-fueled snack.

These healthy, high-protein snacks only take a few ingredients and one bowl to make! They can be vegan, gluten-free, and even made Whole 30 friendly if you use different nut butter. I don’t count calories or macros anymore, but I just had to figure out the nutrition facts on these. Each bite has 100 calories and almost 9 grams of protein!

You will love Peanut Butter and Jelly Protein Bites because:

Peanut Butter and Jelly Protein Bites are made with:

  • Collagen peptides: healthy source of protein that may support skin, joints, and gut health
  • Peanut butter: full of heart-healthy fats, improves skin health, and helps to keep you satiated
  • Protein: provides satiety and helps to balance blood sugar
  • Chia Seeds: aids in digestion, supports blood sugar regulation, and is an excellent source of fiber, magnesium, and phosphorus
  • Raspberries: fresh or frozen berries work well to add a little extra color, fiber, and flavor

Recipe Tips:

  • Can substitute collagen for 1/4 cup peanut flour or 1 more scoop vanilla protein.
  • Use your favorite jam or try my favorite chia seed jam.
