These healthy, high-protein snacks only take a few ingredients and one bowl to make! They can be vegan, gluten-free, and even made Whole 30 friendly if you use different nut butter. I don’t count calories or macros anymore, but I just had to figure out the nutrition facts on these. Each bite has 100 calories and almost 9 grams of protein!

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein
- 2 scoops collagen peptides*
- 1/3 cup chia seed jam
- 1/3 cup freeze-dried raspberries or strawberries if you use strawberry jam
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Make chia seed jam or use your favorite jam.
- Add all ingredients, except freeze-dried fruit, to a bowl and mix.
- Stir in freeze-dried berries.
- Roll into balls and store in the freezer.
