Peanut Butter Banana Protein Popsicles
Peanut butter banana protein popsicles are a healthy frozen banana ice cream treat that are easy to make, high-protein, and delicious.
Ingredients
Popsicles
- 3 small to regular size bananas
- 6 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 scoops vanilla protein
- 1/4 cup plant-based milk (or just enough to get it moving)
Topping:
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 2-3 tbsp chopped peanuts
Instructions
- Blend bananas, peanut butter, protein, and milk together
- Pour into popsicles molds and freeze
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30 second increments in the microwave
- Dip frozen popsicles in melted chocolate ans sprinkle on chopped peanuts
