Pumpkin Peanut Butter Protein Bites

Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 5 tbsp canned pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup collagen peptides
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- white or dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Add 1 cup of drippy peanut butter (natural kind just salt and peanuts), pumpkin puree, and maple syrup to a mixing bowl and stir to combine
- Add collagen peptides, vanilla protein, coconut flour, and spices then mix thoroughly
- Sprinkle in chocolate chips and mix to combine
- Scoop with a cookie dough scoop to form balls or roll into balls
- Store in the fridge or freezer
