Peach Almond Crumble

Ingredients
- 6 ripe peaches (peeled and sliced)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Slice peaches (you can peel them or not-your choice)
- Melt coconut oil, pour over sliced peaches, and mix to coat
- Spray a baking dish or individual ramekins with cooking spray and spread peach mixture evenly in the baking dish or individual ramekins
- Combine almond flour, almond butter, maple syrup , cinnamon, vanilla, and salt in a small bowl until the mixture becomes crumbly. Add more almond flour if too wet and more almond butter or maple syrup if too dry
- Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over top of the peaches
- Cover dish with foil and bake for 18 minutes
- Uncover and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the crumble becomes golden brown
- Top with vanilla ice cream and enjoy
