Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb wild-caught salmon filet
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp maple sryup
  • 1/2-1 tbsp sriracha (to your taste)

Instructions
 

  • Mix sriracha, maple syrup, and coconut aminos in a dish
  • Blot salmon dry with a paper towel
  • Place salmon face down (skin side up) in the marinade
  • Let salmon marinate for at least 20 minutes to a few hours
  • Air-fry salmon for 8-9 minutes at 425 degrees
