Autumn Sheet Pan Meal
Autumn sheet pan meal makes cooking and clean-up easy and this healthy meal is filled with fall flavors and colors for a nourishing meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb brussel sprouts halved
- 1 small butternut squash peeled and chopped
- 1/2 sweet onion finely diced
- 1 pack of chicken sausage
- 1 apple diced
- 1 tbsp olive or avocado oil
- salt, pepper, and garlic powder to your taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Chop the veggies and the apple
- Slice chicken sausage into rounds
- Add brussels, butternut, onion, apple, and sausage to a large sheet pan
- Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with spices
- Toss together and cook for 15 minutes, remove the pan and toss, then return to the oven and continue to roast until veggies are tender (about 15-20 minutes)
- Serve and enjoy
