Ingredients
  

  • 1 slice bread toasted
  • 2-3 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1/2 of a sliced avocado
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • drizzle of honey optional
  • 1/2 tbsp hemp hearts

Instructions
 

  • Toast bread to desired crispness
  • Spread yogurt on toast
  • Add sliced avocado and pomegranate seeds on top of the yogurt
  • Drizzle a little honey
  • Sprinkle on hemp hearts
