  • Option to top the smoothie with cacao nibs, granola, or cereal for crunch
  • I used coconut yogurt to create the “clouds” on the glass
  • You can leave out the frozen veggies if you don’t like them or don’t have them on hand, but you will need to reduce the amount of liquid
  • If you need a sweeter smoothie and a 1-2 teaspoons of maple syrup or honey
  • For a more tart smoothie and a squeeze of lemon juice

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4-1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 3/4 cup frozen zucchini slices or cauliflower rice
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter
  • 1/2-1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup milk (you can start with less and add more as needed to get desired thickness)

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy
  • Pour in a glass and top with granola or graham cracker pieces and enjoy
