  • I like to buy my frozen blueberries and riced cauliflower from Costco to keep this recipe budget friendly
  • Add granola or cereal for some added crunch and satisfaction
  • Ground flaxseed is optional but adds extra fiber

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 3/4 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed (optional)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 serving vanilla protein
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy, adding water or ice as needed to get the desired consistency
  • Serve as is or add toppings such as granola and enjoy
