Caramel Cookie Dough Protein Bites
Salted caramel cookie dough protein bites are healthy, gluten-free, and dairy-free cookie dough that is packed with protein and fiber.
Ingredients
- 1 can drained and rinsed white beans (cannellii or great northeren)
- 1/2 cup sunflower seed butter
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup caramel protein powder
- 1/4 cup maple sryup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- flakey sea salt for sprinkles
Instructions
- Drain and rinse cannellini beans
- Mix in a food processor till it forms a dough
- Scoop with a cookie dough scoop to form balls and place on a tray and let set in the freezer for about 5 minutes to firm up
- Melt chocolate chips in a small dish and mix with coconut oil
- Dip cookie one side of the dough balls into the melted chocolate
- Sprinkle chocolate with sea salt flakes
- Put the cookie dough bites back in the freezer to let the chocolate harden
- Store cookie dough protein bites in the freezer or the fridge in an air-tight container
