Ingredients
- 1 can white beans drained and rinsed*
- 1/2 cup cashew butter
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein
- 1/4 cup collagen peptides**
- 4 tbsp honey or substitute with maple or date syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- mini chocolate chips as many as you want
Instructions
- Drain and rinse white beans.
- Add white beans, cashew butter, coconut flour, protein, collagen peptides, honey, vanilla, and salt to a food processor.
- Mix in food processor 'til it forms a dough.
- Add dough to a bowl and mix in mini chocolate chips.
- Let cool in the fridge for about an hour.
- Use a cookie dough scoop to form balls.
