Ingredients
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 jalapeno (seeded)
- 1 lime juiced
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/3-1/2 cup water to thin (more or less depending on how thick or thin you like it)
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Cut the stems off of your bunch of cilantro
- Cut jalapeno to remove seeds
- Add tahini, cilantro, jalapeno, juice of a lime, mapel sryup, and water to a blender or food processor
- Blend until smooth and creamy
- You can start with 1/4 cup water and add as needed to your thickness preference
