Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno (seeded)
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/3-1/2 cup water to thin (more or less depending on how thick or thin you like it)
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Cut the stems off of your bunch of cilantro
  • Cut jalapeno to remove seeds
  • Add tahini, cilantro, jalapeno, juice of a lime, mapel sryup, and water to a blender or food processor
  • Blend until smooth and creamy
  • You can start with 1/4 cup water and add as needed to your thickness preference
