Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1/3-1/2 cup water (or as needed to thin)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender
  • Blend until smoothie and creamy
  • May need more or less water to get the consistency you like
