- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- 1 scoop collagen peptides (optional for extra protein)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
Toppings
- warm cinnamon apples
- almond butter
- sprinkle of walnuts or pecans
- granola
Instructions
- Add chia seeds, protein powder, spices, and milk to a small pot
- Cook on medium to low heat until the pudding has thickened (about 5 minutes)
