Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 3/4 cup frozen riced cauliflower
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed (optional)
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 serving vanilla protein
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy, adding water or ice as needed to get the desired consistency
- Serve as is or add toppings such as granola and enjoy
