Mango Matcha Latte
Treat yourself to an iced mango matcha latte for a fun tropical drink that is beautiful, refreshing, and fruity.
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped fresh or frozen mango (about one small mango)
- 1-2 tsp matcha powder
- 1/4 c hot water
- 1 cup milk
- 1-2 tbsp vanilla protein (or substitute maple syrup or sweetener to your taste)
Instructions
- If you are using frozen mango set it out until soft or you can warm it up in the microwave for about 30 seconds to soften
- Add mango to a blender and blend until smooth (may need to add a splash of water to get desired consistency)
- Sift matcha into a small bowl, add hot water, and whisk together
- Mix vanilla protein or sweetener and milk using a frother or blender to make vanilla milk
- Fill glass with mango puree, add ice, top with 3/4 of vanilla milk, pour in matcha, then top with the rest of your milk and enjoy
