Ingredients
- 1 slice of bread (I use sourdough)
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt (greek or vegan) don’t use fat-free
- 1/2 sliced peach
- 1 tbs chopped walnuts
- drizzle of honey
- 1/2 tbsp hemp hearts (optional)
Instructions
- Toast bread to desired crispness
- Spread yogurt on toast
- Add sliced peaches
- Sprinkle with walnuts
- Drizzle honey
- Sprinkle on hemp hearts and enjoy!
