Healthy, peanut butter chocolate chip protein bites that taste like cookie dough but are packed with protein for a satisfying snack or dessert.

Tell the truth…did you always sneak a bite of the cookie dough? I sure did. That is why I love peanut butter perfect bars: they remind me of cookie dough. These taste like homemade perfect bars—only better and dairy-free!

These taste like peanut butter chocolate chip cookie dough, but are gluten-free; dairy-free; made with good-for-you, healthy fats; and a satisfying dose of protein. Peanut butter collagen bites are perfect for a pre-workout or post-workout snack, afternoon pick-me-up, or as a no-bake dessert. You will love that these treats require no baking and are made with only five, real-food ingredients. Whip up healthy protein bites in just 10 minutes. Real-food ingredients, filling, and easy-to-make: what is there not to love?

You will love Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Collagen Bites because:

  • Addictively pop-able
  • Only takes 5 ingredients
  • Super easy to throw together without baking
  • Each bite is only 85 calories with 4 grams of protein!
  • Gluten-free, dairy-free, low carb, and can be made vegan

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Collagen Bites are made with:

  • Natural peanut butter: the runny kind with just peanuts and salt
  • Chocolate chips: if you are looking to make this dairy-free, look for chocolate labeled vegan or dairy-free
  • Coconut flour: a grain-free and gluten-free flour that is higher in protein and fiber
  • Collagen peptides: healthy source of protein that may support skin, joints, and gut health

Recipe Tips:

  • I was curious about the nutrition on these delicious little bites as they are just so pop-able. Each peanut butter chocolate chip collagen bite is only 85 calories with 4 grams of protein! Which is pretty amazing as they taste like straight-up cookie dough. Try not to eat all the dough as you roll them, though, because they taste even better chilled!
  • No matter the lifestyle or diet you follow, you can enjoy these peanut butter chocolate chip collagen bites because they are gluten-free, dairy-free, low carb, and can be made vegan when you substitute vegan, vanilla protein powder instead of collagen peptides.
