Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups chopped pineapple
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped persian cucumbers
  • 1/3 cup diced red onion
  • 1-2 jalapenos finely diced
  • 1/4 cup diced cilantro
  • 1-2 limes juiced
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt or to your taste

Instructions
 

  • Peel cucumbers
  • Chop pineapple and cucumber into small pieces of similar size
  • Finely dice red onion, jalapeno, and cilantro
  • Add cucumber, pineapple, onion, jalapeno, and cilantro to a large bowl
  • Juice 1-2 limes and sprinkle on salt
  • Mix to combine and serve immediantly or store in the fridge for up to 3-5 days
