Pineapple Cucumber Salsa

Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped pineapple
- 1 1/2 cups chopped persian cucumbers
- 1/3 cup diced red onion
- 1-2 jalapenos finely diced
- 1/4 cup diced cilantro
- 1-2 limes juiced
- 1/2 tsp sea salt or to your taste
Instructions
- Peel cucumbers
- Chop pineapple and cucumber into small pieces of similar size
- Finely dice red onion, jalapeno, and cilantro
- Add cucumber, pineapple, onion, jalapeno, and cilantro to a large bowl
- Juice 1-2 limes and sprinkle on salt
- Mix to combine and serve immediantly or store in the fridge for up to 3-5 days
