Raspberry Lemonade Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup canned coconut milk (light or regular)
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 tbsp chia or flaxseeds
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- 1/3 frozen green banana (frozen while slightly green or just yellow)
- 3/4 cup frozen zucchini or frozen riced cauliflower
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup water (or more as needed)
Instructions
- Peel, slice, and freeze bananas that are still somewhat green to keep them from having an overpowering banana flavor
- Add all ingredients to the blender in the order listed and blend till smooth
- Pour into a glass or bowl and top with any toppings of your choice
