Who doesn’t love strawberry season? I can’t get enough of the sweet juicy berries so I decided to add them to my toast. Strawberry yogurt and avocado toast is a delicious and healthy breakfast or snack. It’s packed with nutrients, including fiber, protein, and healthy fats. Plus, it’s quick and easy to make.

Recipe Tips:
- I prefer sourdough but feel free to use your favorite type of bread or gluten-free bread if needed
- Use a plain thick yogurt that is not fat-free such as Green Valley Organic or Culina for vegan yogurt
- Hemp seeds are optional but add extra protein, fiber, and omega 3’s
- Optional: sprinkle sea salt on top

Ingredients
- 1 slice of bread
- 2-3 tbsp plain yogurt (don't use fat-free, but can use dairy-free if needed)
- 1/2 of a small sliced avocado
- 2-3 sliced strawberries
- 1 tsp drizzle of honey
- 1/2 tbsp hemp hearts
Instructions
- Toats bread to desired crispness
- Spread yogurt on toast
- Top with sliced avocado
- Layer sliced strawberries on top
- Drizzle on honey
- Sprinkle on hemp hearts and enjoy!
