Chocolate Raspberry Protein Bites
No-bake chocolate raspberry protein bites are a no-bake healthy sweet treat filled with protein, fiber, and superfoods.
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats gluten-free
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut unsweetened
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1 scoop chocolate protein
- 1/4 cup almond butter (the drippy kind)
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- chocolate chips
Instructions
- Add oats, coconut, cacao powder, chocoalte protein, almond butter, raspberries, sweetener, and salt to a food processor
- Process for about 1-2 minutes until it becomes a dough
- Put the dough in a bowl and mix in chocolate chips with a spoon
- Form dough into 1-inch balls
- Place protien bites pn a tray and then place them in the fridge or freezer to harden. Store healthy truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 3 months
