  • I like to keep my ginger in the freeze to have on hand to easily grate as needed
  • Trader Joe’s has frozen cubes of ginger and garlic that are wonderful to keep on hand as well

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup orange juice squeezed from an orange around 1 large orange
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp djion mustard (optional)
  • water as needed to thin

Instructions
 

This dressing can easily be made 2 ways:

  • Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl until combined
  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend to combine
