Ingredients
- 1 cup milk (I like to use coconut or cashew)
- 1 frozen banana
- 3/4 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1/2-1 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- 1 scoop collagen peptides (optional)
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 pinch of black pepper to activate turmeric
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend till smooth and creamy adding water as needed
