How to make Iced Raspberry Matcha Latte:
- Sift matcha into a small bowl
- Add hot water to the matcha and whisk together to mix
- In a blender add milk, raspberries, maple syrup, and collagen (optional)
- Blend until well combined then strain the raspberry milk to get rid of any seeds
- Add ice to a cup
- Pour in the raspberry milk, top with matcha, and enjoy immediately
