  • I like to mix it up and do 1 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds and 1 1/2 tablespoons ground flaxseed

What is Chia Pudding?

Chia pudding is an easy pudding that takes minutes to make and thickens in the refrigerator. Chia seeds are nutrient-pack little seeds that swell to create a thick, seedy, pudding and are filled with fiber, omega-3’s, and antioxidants. When mixed with liquid chia seeds start to create a pudding within minutes. Chia seeds and milk might not taste like much, but add a little fruit and flavor and chia pudding becomes a deliciously easy snack, meal, or even dessert.

What is Matcha?

Matcha is a powdered green tea, instead of brewing the dried leaves you are having the ground-up tea leaves. Matcha is like regular green tea but more nutritional. Studies show that one serving of matcha tea is the nutritional equivalent of 10 cups of regularly brewed green tea.

Matcha has tons of health benefits as well as caffeine. It can offer you a little caffeine boost, without the crash that many people get from other forms of caffeine. Benefits of matcha include energy and endurance, enhanced weight loss or maintenance, reduced stress, and antioxidants that protect against many illnesses and health problems.
