Vanilla Peppermint Matcha Latte

Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla protein
- 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 1/4 cup hot water
Instructions
Whisk option
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup hot water and matcha powder until it is smooth and lump free
- Combine milk, vanilla protein, and peppermint extract and froth with a handheld frother or blend in a blender to froth
- Fill a glass with ice and pour 3/4 of the frothed milk over top, pour matcha, and top with the rest of the milk
Blender option
- Add milk, peppermint extract, vanilla protein, water, and matcha to a blender
- Blend until combined and lump-free
