This recipe incorporates healthier alternatives without sacrificing flavor. This healthy honey lime grilling marinade comes together in minutes and is made with simple ingredients. It works great for steak, chicken, or even veggies!

  • I like to add fresh or minced ginger if I happen to have it on hand
  • I like the addition of orange juice, but have also left it out and this recipe is still just as tasty

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 1 orange juiced
  • 1 tbsp avocado or olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add all marinade ingredients to a dish and mix
  • Add your meat and let marinate for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours flipping the meat so both sides get marinated
  • Grill and enjoy!
